Narvik / Yarway desuperheaters or attemperators provide steam control with a wide range of models suitable for most applications.
Using the latest technology in spray nozzle design our desuperheaters provide high performance and long service life on installations from high pressure boiler superheaters through to lower pressure industrial steam applications and are even suitable for specialist cryogenic applications.
The range of models includes designs for small pipes, direct boiler installations and a steam assist unit, however the majority of applications will be satisfied with the tried and tested TempLow desuperheater which incorporates a variable nozzle and integrated water control. Providing easy installation, low maintenance and precision temperature control, the units can be adapted for changes in capacity if required by replacing the nozzle unit. The TemplowHT unit is suitable for temperatures of up to 1150°F (620°C) with an advanced design which moves the sliding trim parts out of the hot zone and away from damaging creep temperatures.
